1. Open folder Hardware Virtualization Bypasser and in this folder you see a file named as : vmware-vmx-patch.exe
2. If you only need the hardware virtualization bypasser file download it from here:

5. Copy vmware-vmx-patch.exe to your folder where you have installed VMware if you have Windows PC x86 then copy the vmware-vmx-patch.exe to : C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Workstation\ and if you have Windows x64 PC then copy it to : C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware Workstation\x64
6. Now when after copied the exe file double click it and open it and check Backup and then click Apply the Patch

1. In order to know if your PC is capable of virtualization and how to enable it in BIOS please download this software from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/support/configure-bios.aspx
2. If the first step says that your PC can't be used for Virtualization then use this method to bypass the NOT COMPATIBILITY issue
3. make sure VMware is not running, and any background guests have been shut down (there are about 5-6 running VMware processes).

5. Install or upgrade VMware Workstation 8.0.3 (serials included)

7. Copy the  unlock folder and copy it to drive C:
8. Now open unlock folder which is in drive C and in there open folder Windows and then right click at  install.cmd and open it as ADMINISTRATOR

10. Open VMware Machine and choose Open a New Virtual Machine

12. Browse to the drive where you have unrared and saved Mac OS X Lion folder and open it and choose Mac OS X lion.vmx

14. Now VMware will open Mac OS X Lion and then to edit it choose edit this virtual PC and to start it : choose power on this virtual machine.
