Download blackra1n form here ; How to : just connect iphone to computer and unzip blackra1n and run the blackra1n.exe file and Close itunes and kill iTunesHelper.exe in taskmanager. press the make it rain button and it will jailbreak your device. you need to run blackra1n twice on iphone 3G and 3GS, once to jailbreak and once to boot- after jailbreaking just install cydia from homescreen (pressing the blackra1n.app ) thas all !!
- if your device has the itunes+cabble connect picture then just close itunes and close blackra1n.exe and run it again this time it will work.

People who have there iphone and ipod touch registerd to a dvelopers account they can upgrade with no problems and people who have iphone 3GS should register there device to a developers account to get the os 3.1 on there 3GS upgraded with no problems.If you’re using the ultrasn0w software unlock, DO NOT UPGRADE to iPhone OS 3.1 beta because you may permanently lose your unlock. Apple has updated the baseband Remember, even when the final iPhone 3.1 firmware is released you should not update if you want to keep your ultrasn0w unlock. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!

| Jailbreaking iPhone OS 3.0 Beta 1 to 4!!!
To get OS 3.0 beta 2 working you must be a developer or your device UDID has been added by a devloper then it can be activated and you can use os 3.0. Do you want your device added be added in order to get your phone with os 3.0 workibng then send me a mail with your UDID device number to get it activated. LETS BEGIN : (thanks to devteam, xsellize, and prox for the guide :) : Upgrade to iPhone OS 3.0 Beta 4, download from above links To upgrade; open up iTunes, connect your iPhone, Hold down 'Shift' and click 'Restore'. Now navigate to your downloaded .ipsw package. Let it install. after instaling and activating with itunes now is the next moment jailbreaking the iphone OS 3.0 Open quickpwn 3.0 beta 4 and follow the instructions to get a successful installation click the next arrow. Browse for your firmware os .ipsw 3.0 beta 4 where you have put it !! . wait for the 'Tick' saying its correct. Once you have to 'tick' click the next arrow. Keep on clicking next untill you have to put your iPhone in DFU mode. Un-select 'Activate'. Follow the instructions to get into DFU mode. Let it do the Pwnage process. Once done it will tell you that the device is rebooting Run Icy and update icy to 1.3 , then add all sources and then hit the refresh button (incase it does not show any app close icy open again and refresh all sources the next steps are forpeople who want .ipa files to be installed without using itunes. install CYDIA search for it !! install Bosstools.

Open icy and install from icy these apps : coreutils, grep, findutils, tape archiv, and then 1- Add new repo in Icy by opening icy >>>sources >>> edit >>>> (+) thats add >>> popuup and click add and add this repo : cydia.hackulo.us 2- After refreshing Icy go to categories and search for INSTALLIOUS 3- Install installious and after that you can Place .ipa in /var/mobile/library/downloads/ via SSH 4- If there is no Downloads folder make one folder named as Downloads and set the permission to 777 and if there is set the permission to 777 5- Open up Installious and go to downloads and hit install. Wait for a bit, and they should be in your SpringBoard now.
