Jailbreak iPhone OS 3.1.3 with these custom ipsw files (2G, 3G, 3GS) :

These custom ipsw files are made from PwangeTool 3.15 and is working 100% tested on 3GS and 3G. manhy people uses custom made ipsw files by Pwangetool so here are the custom files made from Pwangetool 3.15.

How to upgrade FIRST RULE enter DFU mode how to do that see below:

1- connect your iPhone to iTunes

2- Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.
3- After exactly 10 seconds release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.
4- in itunes you will hear a sound and itunes will say if u want to RESTORE your iPhone

5- NOW hold SHIFT (in keyboard) plus the RESTORE button in itunes at the same time Browse to the custom made ipsw file for your iPhone and start restoring

How to install :

SIMPLE :

FIRST always do a backup of your iphone or ipod touch
Download the files (are RAR) and open them and drag and drop the folder to desktop
just open iTunes and connect iPhone and then hit RESTORE + SHIFT and browse to the custom made .ipsw files you downloaded
Now begin restoring thats all !!
When restore finished you can now restore from backup to get all informations you had

I have made two versions one for OFFICAL carrier which doesn't need unlocking and one for un-offical carriers which needs Unlocking and blacksn0w to unlock. The files for unoffical carrier gets blacksnow to unlock it and u can then use any SIM-card. Once again thes are custom ipsw files so there will be NO CHANGE in BASEBAND of your iphone.

NOTE :

for 3GS users if your bootrom is updated then sn0wbreeze will not work for you i mean if u have accidently updated to 3.1.3 without using a custom ipsw file if thats the case then this is not for u. this is for 3GS users which have pre-jailbroken device or if they have used custom ipsw file in the past . u can always use ultrasn0w or blacksn0w to unlock (baseband must be 5.11.07).

No problem for devices which are on offical carrier they can use this custom ipsw in any baseband prior to 3.1.3.
