Make Maximized Windows & Taskbar Transparent + Automated UXtheme Patcher

Throughout the beta process Microsoft received a lot of feedback on how the taskbar and the window border changes to black when you maximize a window. Before the final release they altered the behavior slightly so the window and taskbar would still turn opaque and black, but with a very slight tint of color that matches the color of your glass. This change satisfied some users but left others still in the dark. Many users wanted a maximized window to remain transparent as well as the taskbar. Once the final build of Windows Vista shipped, all hope was gone that we would have transparent maximized windows, until today.

Using a very cool and free utility called VistaGlazz by CodeGazer.com you can easily make your maximized windows and taskbar transparent. Additionally, this utility allows you to easily patch your uxtheme system files so that you can use hacked visual styles with just the click of a button, instead of the multiple step manual procedure.

Let's get started:

1. download the latest version of VistaGlazz HERE.
2. Start up your copy of VistaGlazz.
3. Click I agree on the first screen.
4. Click the icon on the left and then hit Patch files.
5. Reboot.
6. Start up VistaGlazz again, this time click on the middle icon and hit Patch Style. The DWM will restart and everything will finally be transparent.

LunaVista Style for Windows Vista

Project name: LunaVista
Project type: Windows Vista Visual Style.

Sources: Newoin.net (made by Jazket)

So here is my very first theme for Vista. I actually find it more interesting to do and kind of easier than older Windows XP themes which encouraged me to get something good done. This is the very first beta release of what I call "Windows Whistler Rebirth"
"From the Joe who invented the "Windows Longhorn Redesigned Start Menu" or RxStart (which was never finished/nor taken into consideration... wait maybe it was) When even Google search knows about it... (It sounds like a movie intro right?)"
Since I know most people like myself kind of miss the blue-ish feeling that once used to fill up our souls while working in front of a Personal Computer powered by Microsoft's Windows XP OS, and since we all fall in the common fact that "everything evolves to better" and had to leave behind what is old and get into what will make our days to come either hell or heaven, I decided it was nice to bring back the Bliss feeling to Windows Vista once again, but this time with the clarity and confidence that Vista brings us.
(updated)
Well without wasting any more of this thread's bytes of information, I present "LunaVista". Previously I named it "Windows Whistler Rebirth" but that's old story now. As always any feedback is good for everyone so don't mind posting back your whines. Thanks. Enjoy. I also added the Project A3 Wallpaper that some of you requested.
This is an SFX self-install package. Although it will most likely not work, hence Windows Vista's new UAC. If it doesn't try running as "Administrator". This package includes the following:

1 - Visual Style for Windows Vista
2 - Wallpaper 1280 x 1024
1 - Windows Sidebar Theme*
1 - Uxtheme.dll patch for Windows Vista x86 (zip file).

*You will need Windows Sidebar Styler in order to apply the theme. Please download from here:

How to get Glass effect when windows vista is maximised

When minimised it has glass effects and it is really cool but when we maximise the windows browsers it goes black and we get NO glass effects well there is a solution for this problem and u must carefully read the instructions given then u can get glass effects when windows vista is maximised. To do this u need uxthemepatch and a aero maximised hacked theme all the files i have uploaded them here :
First u need to replace three files in the uxtheme-patched zip and then restart and then copy and paste the aero_max theme to C:/windows/resources/themes

DOWNLOAD THE FILES HERE

Microsoft changed some theming internals starting with public build 5472.5.Instead of one signature check, there are three. Yes, they're identical.Seems like a new Theming API wrapper was developed and is shared amongst the three libraries.
